I help leaders build teams they don’t dread leading.

I am an organizational health consultant who comes alongside teams—especially those doing meaningful work under pressure—and help them get unstuck. Sometimes that looks like clarifying roles, fixing trust leaks, or navigating hard conversations. Other times, it’s simply naming what everyone already knows but hasn’t said out loud.

My background spans complex non profit structures, executive coaching, and facilitation in both nonprofit and corporate spaces. My clients say I bring clarity, calm, and a bit of candor to the table—and that I help them move forward without needing more meetings or complexity.
